Engineered oak flooring and subfloor repairs at Seraya Lane
This Seraya Lane project combined subfloor repairs with the supply and installation of engineered oak flooring. The work covered three rooms, totalling approximately 450 sq ft, and included trimming three doors to accommodate the new flooring thickness.

The floor below and the doors above
The installation scope included the supporting subfloor as well as the visible oak flooring. Bouncy areas were addressed as part of the job, and three door bottoms were trimmed for the new floor thickness. The gallery shows the oak floor from several room angles, including the fitted-wardrobe area and room entrances.
